QUICK FACTS

The Nordic Summit is the biggest and only in-person conference in the Nordics focused exclusively on Microsoft’s Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (CE & F&O). Here follows quick facts about our event in Oslo.

Event date: 28th September 2024

Tickets: Almost free community event, ticket costs 190 NOK

Venue: Clarion Hotel, The Hub, Oslo

Attendees: Estimated 600+ attendees

TICKETS

We have added our Sponsorship contacts as Ticket Administrators in the Nordic Summit Portal, to distribute YOUR tickets, that you have included in your sponsor package. E-mails have been sent with instructions how to log into our web app. This is sent by .

You will be able to log in and assign all the tickets part of your sponsor agreement.

If you are not using all tickets, please let us know so we can adjust the lunches needed for the day of the event. Lunch is served from 13:00.

PRE-DAY WORKSHOP

We offer “Buy 4, get 5” for pre-day workshop tickets, (subject to availability). Read more about them here.

If you want to use this offer, let us know if you want an invoice or feel free to pay directly with credit card. We will then be in contact to give you the right free workshop ticket.

ATTENDEES

Remember, we do not give out list of attendee names. So make sure you prepare something to make people get attracted to your booth. We love candy during a long day, and useful merchandise!

In the presentation our sponsors have recieved by email, there are graphs of the attendees by country and by company.

Venue is Clarion Hotel The Hub. Please see our general Nordic Summit 2024 FAQ post for details on get in and placements. NB: Some adjustments have been done due to agreements with the venue.

BOOTH

IF you are planning to bring DRINKS (cans or bottles), the venue will charge you a fee to do so.
IF you are planning to bring a popcorn machine, please don’t. It will make the fire alarm go off and we will have to evacuate.
You are allowed to bring other machines to your booth as long as they do not produce SMOKE and can consume power from a normal outlet. You get an extension cord on your booth.

For the booth, we provide a standing table and chairs, and electricity through a power cord. You are responsible for you entire booth visual elements, so remember to bring a roll-up or backdrop.

For monitor rental, get in touch to order a monitor. This will be invoiced separatly.

BOOTH GET IN & OUT

Get in: 7 PM 27th of September upon special request.

Get in: 6:30-7 AM 28th of September. Remember, doors open at 7:30.

If you need to send anything in advance, please let us know ASAP.

Get out: You can take down your booth from 5 PM on 28th of September. If your booth is on the 2nd floor, it need to be down at 6:30 PM at the latest.

AGENDA

You find the full agenda here. Sponsor sessions are 11:30-12:00 and 15:00-15:30. We have the break «Sponsor mingle» at 15:30-16:00, a 30 min break to make sure you get as much booth traffic as possible.

If you are a Gold, Platinum or Diamond sponsor, please add your speaker sessions ASAP! Otherwise we are maybe not able to post about your session in time before the event. Let us know if you need any support to do so!

PARKING

If you need parking, there are indoor parking spaces in the hotel’s basement, operated by OnePark. You drive in from Skippergata. A parking space costs 54 NOK per started 30 minutes or maximum price per continuous parking within 24 hours, 620 NOK. Read more about their parking here.
