Location

What’s the address for the location of this event?

Nordic Summit 2024 will be held at The Hub in Oslo. The address is Clarion Hotel The Hub, Biskop Gunnerus gate 3, 0155 Oslo, Norway.

How do I best get there by airplane, train, or car?

You can fly to Oslo Airport Gardermoen (OSL) by airplane. Traveling by public transportation to Oslo S (Train or Airport Express) or by tram, bus, subway (t-bane) to the stop Jernbanetorget. From there you have walking distance to The Hub, see the directions.

Are there special deals with transportation companies for Nordic Summit?

No, we do not have any special discounts on transport.

Do you have any discounts for Hotels?

Yes, please check out Clarion Hotel, The Hub through their portal here.

Is there parking at the hotel?

If you need parking, there are indoor parking spaces in the hotel’s basement, operated by OnePark. You drive in from Skippergata. A parking space costs NOK 54 per started 30 min or the maximum price per continuous parking within 24 hours, NOK 620. Read more about their parking here.

Do you provide a cloakroom?

The event location has a cloakroom on the ground floor next to the session room “VOSS”. Note that the cloakroom is not manned.

Do I need a ticket and how much does it cost?

Yes, you need a ticket! It cost 190 NOK. Buy one before the event is sold out. Tickets can be bought here.

What is a Pre-Day Workshop?

A Pre-Day workshop, is a full-day in-person training with dedicated instructors. We will host 5 different Pre-Day workshops on the 27th of September 2024. Read more here and book your seat! Each workshop has a limited amount of seats, this is to make sure you get as much out of attending as possible.

Who will be speaking at the event?

There are 30 sessions at Nordic Summit, presented by over 40 speakers. We also have 5 pre-day workshops, presented by 10 instructors in total. You can find the full list of speakers and instructors here.

How are speakers selected?

During March and April we ran Call for Speakers, where anyone could submit their sessions and workshop topics for evaluations. The Call for Speakers ended on the 30th of April, where the Nordic Summit content team evaluated sessions to meet our 6 different tracks for content based on criteria such as the relevance of the topic, quality of sessions/workshops submitted, and our speakers were announced during the end of May 2024. How can I speak at Nordic Summit?

For our next Nordic Summit, our Call for Speakers will likely open on the same or similar dates and you can see us publish more on social media, so stay tuned for news! We invite all speakers to submit within the technology areas that fit our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform event on topics suitable for consultants, in-house specialists, and end-users!

We open a Call for Sponsors when we announce the next event, which is likely September/October and we have a page dedicated to more information about becoming a sponsor. Why does Nordic Summit have sponsors?

Nordic Summit is a community event, which is volunteer-organized by different community members from Nordic countries. We aim to have a conference anyone can attend with low ticket costs, so you get this event due to partnerships with great sponsors!
