About Mignon
Mignon lives in the Netherlands and works as a business consultant in a sales department. She loves showcasing Dynamics 365 to prospects, customers and anyone else interested in the platform!
She also shares her insights through blog posts on LinkedIn (with a dedicated website in the making) and has already taken the stage at events like ColorCloud and the Global AI Bootcamp 2025 Utrecht, with more speaking engagements on the horizon, she hopes.
Fun fact: Mignon never had the patience to build a Power Apps app or Power Automate cloud flow, until Copilot came along. Thanks to Copilot, she finally can! 🥳
Favourite part of the platform
Mignon mentions she loves to play around with Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Business Central. She has a background in professional services organizations and finance which come together in the processes of Project Operations and Business Central. Her own words about adding intelligence to that:

Nordic Summit
Mignon volunteered to get a behind-the-scenes look at how Nordic Summit is run.
“I wanted to see how an event like Nordic Summit is organized, I volunteered and had a great time.”
One of the biggest highlights for her was connecting with fellow volunteers and speakers, meeting both new faces and familiar names she had only known online, until now.
Her favorite session? Build your custom agent with Microsoft Copilot Studio, by Daniel Laskewitz. “Because let’s be honest, this is THE topic right now. 😉”
Continuing with the agents theme, the session types she is most looking forward to at upcoming events are… those that include autonomous agents!
In fact, there’s an upcoming session at Nordic Summit 2025 that’s all about ERP and agents including autonomous agents. Not Business Central this time, but F&O. D365FO becomes a real AI ERP with Immersive home and Autonomous Agents.. The session will be delivered by André Arnaud de Calavon and Laze Janev. 👀
