There are many pieces to put together when organizing an event. In today’s post, we want to highlight a special group of people who helped make Nordic Summit 2025 a success. Let us proudly present our Nordic Summit 2025 volunteers group!

What do volunteers do?

As a volunteer, you get to attend the speaker dinner, which this year was held at the Aquarium at Universeum. The day before the main event, we usually do a walkthrough with the volunteers at the venue to discuss the various tasks. These tasks range from helping with attendee check-in to managing speaker rooms, ensuring that the speakers have everything they need, including keeping track of time. This group of volunteers didn’t just complete these tasks, they truly brightened the event and made it shine.

Nordic Summit 2025 Volunteers Team

This group consisted of:

  • Dennis Chi – Traveled from Norway and was a volunteer in Oslo last year as well! Helped put together the Oslo experience post last year.
  • Mira Razman – Brought her magical energy from Slovenia and beautiful Portoroz. Organizer of our sister event DynamicsMinds, our inspiration introducing Speed Mentoring!
  • Aman Ghuraiya – Traveled from Ireland to help us with the event and is such a cheerful Nordic Summit supporter!
  • Andrew Bibby – We had the privilege to have Andrew from the UK as a volunteer, lovely help in the check-in booth and speaker room, making attendees and speakers feel like home. Andrew was also one of the speed mentors.
  • Ema Myrtollari – The strongest of them all! Won the hanging bar competition, 143 seconds, see our dedicated post.
  • Carl Johansson – We do love that we have such dedicated volunteers traveling from distant places, but we also really appreciate the true local volunteer Carl, based in Gothenburg!
  • Joe Griffin – We had help from Joe, who also delivered one of the Pre-Day workshops and was one of the mentors for the speed mentoring.
  • Fredrik Neiderud – A local (well, almost, Fredrik is based in Stockholm) who has been involved in Swedish Dynamics 365 User Groups for many years. Fredrik was one of our speed mentors.
  • Michael Keimeyer – Carried his DSLR camera from Switzerland all the way to the dance floor, photographing the whole event and capturing its energy every step of the way. The cover photo of this post was taken by Michael!
  • Mignon Coenen – We were so happy to have Mignon traveling from the Netherlands to help us again at Nordic Summit. See the volunteer recap from last year.
  • Rob Kuijpers – Also really great having Rob traveling from the Netherlands to be a volunteer again.
  • Umer Malik Khan – We appreciated having Umer as a volunteer, he’s also one of the locals, well familiar with the event city Gothenburg.
  • Jonas Feddersen Melgaard – Jonas traveled from Finland and he was also one of out mentors for speed mentoring, F&O track.
  • David Schützer – Last but certainly not the least, so glad to have David among our volunteers, also a local and super helpful throughout the event.

THANK YOU to our wonderful group of volunteers at Nordic Summit 2025, you’re the best!
