As we gear up for Nordic Summit 2025, we are thrilled to share some exciting statistics and insights about the sessions and the process behind their selection. This year promises to be our best summit yet, with a wide array of topics and speakers that reflect the cutting-edge trends in technology and business. Our Submission Process
At Nordic Summit, we pride ourselves on a transparent and rigorous session submission process. This year, we had the impossible task to go from 389 sessions down to 30! To make sure it’s fair and the we have the best possible selection, we’re a big group of experts evaluating the sessions.
Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at how we ensure the highest quality content for our attendees:
- Review: Each submission undergoes a thorough review by our panel of experts. We evaluate proposals based on relevance, innovation, and fit for Nordic Summit. Multiple people review the sessions using the evaluation tool from Sessionize.
- Selection: Based on the evaluations from Sessionize we have a list with highest ranked sessions. We can’t just pick the top sessions, we need to make sure we have the correct mix of topics, level and target audience. Now the core session team goes through the list and pick the 30 sessions that makes this years Nordic Summit.
- Final Lineup: After rigorous evaluation, we inform the selected speakers May 15th. After every speaker has accepted, we announce the full lineup May 24th.
This year only around 8% of the submitted sessions were selected, we worked hard to make sure to select the best 8%!

We had 389 total sessions from 221 unique speakers and our job was to narrow this down to create the best event we can for you! Let’s take a deeper look at some statistics from the submissions we got.
As we dig deeper into the sessions it’s no question that Power Platform and everything AI is top of mind for everyone as the top four is related to Power Platform and/or AI. We’re also very pleased to see 26 submissions for Dynamics 365 Finance, that’ll help us make sure we have a great track for the ERP side of Dynamics 365!

Session Levels
Our levels of sessions are spread from beginner to expert, with the most sessions on intermediate. In our selection we want to make sure we have sessions for everyone in all topics.
- Beginner: 120 sessions
- Intermediate: 180 sessions
- Advanced: 89 sessions
- Expert: 13 sessions
Target audience
In addition to the levels, we want to make sure we can add sessions for every type of audience. If you’re a developer or never touch code, we want there to be sessions for you at Nordic Summit! As you can see from the statistics, the sessions are submitted quite even across all audiences. Be aware that each session can have multiple audiences.
